The business as we know it today was established by our directors Anna & Andrew back in 2008. Our company specialises predominantly in village and rural properties, and in both sales & lettings.

The current team comprises of highly experienced and effective sales consultants, whom in most cases have an extensive background in estate agency and marketing. This combined with specialist team members who have enjoyed successful careers in lettings, journalism, and equine pursuits, enable Hamilton Stiller to offer a talented, comprehensive, and dedicated service to our clients.

Being a nominated member of the Guild of Property Professionals, also enables us to network with a dedicated team of over 800 associated offices throughout the UK, so if you are looking to sell locally but move to another county, we are highly likely to be able to assist you further. Being a ‘Guild Member’ provides numerous other perks for our business and clients alike, not least being able to advertise our properties in their prestigious, Park Lane offices and capitalise on the lucrative London buyer market that continues to dominate.

Meet the Team

Anna Hulin AssocRICS Registered Valuer - Director

Anna founded Hamilton Stiller in 2008 and has 20 years experience in property acquisitions and developments. She is an experienced property developer and landlord with properties in Gloucestershire, Wales and France. She is NFoPP qualified in residential property Sales and Lettings. Anna comes from a competitive equestrian background and trained at Hartpury College.

Andrew Drake - Director

Andrew has been paramount in developing new business for Hamilton Stiller and has 20 years experience in property developments. Andrew has many years experience within the sales industry successfully running his own businesses and rental portfolio.

Ronnie Gabb - Accounts / Lettings

Ronnie has 25 years experience in accountancy and has worked within the property industry for several years managing rental accounts.

Patrick Newbound - Senior Sales Consultant

Patrick began working in the estate agency industry in 1981 and therefore he possess a vast wealth of in-depth knowledge. He has served as both manger and regional manager of both local and national estate agents, has converted and refurbished 17 properties, and has spent a year working overseas for a well known estate agency brand. Presently, Patrick's passion for providing excellent customer service is utilised in his excellent sales progression provision - after sales are agreed, he works with buyers, sellers, and solicitors to complete the sale promptly.

Ian Hansford - Senior Sales Consultant

Ian is a seasoned sales professional. After many successful years in sales & marketing, he began his career in estate agency in 1999 as it had always appealed to him. Having worked in numerous high-level positions over the years, Ian is now enjoying being back to the essential role of property appraiser as well as undertaking many of our professionally accompanied viewings - especially on our village & rural properties. With a distinct interest in quirky, interesting and individual homes and a particular love of period properties (he currently lives in a rambling Grade II Listed house) he has an extensive wealth of knowledge in both property and the intricacies of buying and selling homes.

Cat Barkley - Property Editor

Cat is the property editor at Hamilton Stiller. In 2013, she acquired a degree in journalism and her first editorial posting was at The Ross Gazette, where she developed a comprehensive knowledge of the local area. She also subsequently worked at newspapers across Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex, before starting a family and returning home to south Herefordshire. Cat composes the marketing material for Hamilton Stiller - most notably, she sends press releases and bespoke, feature-length descriptions for each of our sales properties.

Hayley Donovan - Sales Consultant/ Equestrian Consultant

Hayley is the team's resident equine specialist; she has an extensive and well-informed background across all main equestrian disciplines and, since 2010, she has been a qualified senior eventing coach. Hayley possesses a strong enthusiasm for country properties and her attention to detail is second to none.

Toby le Rone - Top Dog

Toby joined the team in 2013 and enjoys accompanying Anna throughout the day.
